The World Health Organization, World Cancer Research Fund/American Institute for Cancer Research, and the Food and Agriculture of the United Nation recommend adults consume at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily, excluding starchy vegetables.
Specifically, 2 servings of fruit & 3 servings of vegetables
